It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, its own private entrance, 2 parking spaces, a beautiful balcony and a large deck perfect for barbecuing and relaxing – what more could you ask for?

RIVER VIEW ROOM
Neutral tones and driftwood accessories make this kingsize room a tranquil and relaxing haven.
With views of the Royal Naval College and the River Dart, lie ins are a must in this room. Wake yourself up with a powerful shower in the perfectly styled ensuite bathroom.
COLLEGE VIEW ROOM
Spacious, light and airy, this bedroom is just so peaceful. With its subtle blue interiors and interesting shaped window, you really can lie in your kingsize bed and watch the world go by.
Stunning views of The Royal Naval College. The bathroom is just as calming with a shower like a waterfall and ambient lighting.
THE REGATTA ROOM
Navy and white go so well together and combine to make this twin bedded room a fun place to stay. Relax in the beanbags, play some games or switch on the wall mounted TV – this really is a great den.
THE BIG BATHROOM
Wow – we have gone to town with this bathroom! Walk in shower, free standing bath, wall mounted taps and lots of lovely driftwood accessories. But no need to fight – we do have 2 other bathrooms!
THE ROOM WITH A VIEW
This has to be the best room in The Penthouse, in fact one of the best rooms in Dartmouth.
The views are AMAZING!
The room has been cleverly and thoughtfully designed so that you can make the most of the view from every aspect of the room.
Whether you are lounging and relaxing on the huge L shaped sofa, sitting and swiveling on the kitchen stools, dining and wining at the table or cooking up a storm in the very well appointed kitchen – you will be mesmerised by the view. Instant hot water tap, wine fridge, induction hob, waste disposal and Nespresso coffee machine are all at your finger tips.
Whatever the weather the view does not go away. Open the bifolding doors and step out onto the spacious and breathtaking balcony. No railings, no posts, nothing to obstruct your view – a simple but safe piece of frameless glass separates you from the rest of Dartmouth. Our Quba sails beanbags provide the best seats in town.
BBQ DECK
A BBQ deck doesn’t get much bigger than this. A great place to sit and relax and enjoy the evening sun.
Teak outdoor furniture and of course a gas BBQ are all provided.
